Why "Caretakers"
We don't think of it as our land.
The arch over our drive has read "God's Acres" for years, and we intend to keep it that way. We see ourselves as caretakers: looking after the land, the animals, and the people who make their home here, for as long as it's in our hands.
For our tenants, that means honest dealings, a place that's kept up, and landlords who live on the property and are easy to reach.

Paddocks available for tenants who bring a horse. Ask about boarding.

Just west of Stephenville, with an easy drive to campus and town.

Look for the lit cross
If you've driven Lingleville Road after dark, you've seen it. The lighted cross in our pasture has become a local landmark. Tell anyone in Stephenville you live by the cross, and they'll know right where you mean.
